Introducing Shuffle Zone, the latest addition to our collection of engaging and innovative tabletop games! At Ozarkexpeditions, we're committed to creating fun, modular games that bring friends and family together for hours of entertainment.

Shuffle Zone reimagines the classic 1971 "Rebound" concept with a modern, customizable platform. Players slide a puck down a smooth lane with a flick of their finger, aiming to hit the perfect spot where two angled rubber bands create a V-shaped rebound zone. Watch as your puck ricochets off the bands and lands in various scoring areas!
At the bottom of the description, we talk about some of our favorite design elements from this model.

Game Play
Setup is a snap! Simply choose your favorite end plate, attach the rubber bands on the pegs, and you're ready to play. Take turns flicking the puck and aiming for high scores but be careful - flick too hard and watch your puck fly into the "dead zone" for zero points!
Whether you're competing in a friendly tournament or just enjoying casual play, Shuffle Zone offers endless replay-ability with its interchangeable end zones and skill-based gameplay. Comment what new endzone should we make next?
Printing & Assembly
All pieces are oriented in the print profiles for the best printing experience. The game uses rubber bands from the Maker's Supply store. Please ensure that the rubber bands are safe to use before play. We also highly recommend ensuring that you are not using brittle filament.
We also recommend buying the parts from the Maker's Supply store, but we've listed a few of our Amazon links below as well.
- (8+) 12mm metal ball bearings - https://amzn.to/4jHKyop or Maker's Supply Below
- (30+) 5x2mm round magnets - https://amzn.to/3YLqGsr or Maker's Supply Below
- (4+) 5x60mm rubber bands - From Maker's Supply Below or other rubber bands may work as well.

Unique Design Features
- Roller Pucks - The concept of roller pucks is not new, but we feel the way that we've design it allows for supportless single part printing with minimal friction on the parts. It's easy to snap in the 12mm ball bearings with the tool provided in the print profile and allows the puck to glide along effortlessly.
- Stepped Levels - For the transitions between sections of the board, we've ensured that each section is stepped down slightly so that the puck does not get tripped up. We know that printing large plates like these can cause warping when the part comes off the bed and want to ensure a smooth game play, even with slightly warped prints. PLEASE ensure that you allow the plate to fully cool down before removing it from the print bed to reduce warping.
- Printing Heat Vents - Because this is a large game surface, we are mindful to design it in a way that prevents warping. There are grooves along the build plate sides that reduces heat buildup when printing.
- Strengthened Pegs for Rubber Bands - While we still recommend taking off the rubber bands between play so that they last a long time, we've strengthened the pegs by including internal geometry as well as increasing the infill just for the pegs in the 3MF file.
- Foldable for Shelve Storage - This has been designed to easily fold up and place it alongside all of your other board games. You can attach the extra plates on the outside of the box magnetically.
